Shipping – New Zealand
We use various courier providers, so please allow 3–5 business days for delivery. Oversize items may take longer depending on the courier and delivery location.
STANDARD
Orders under $100 will be charged $8.50 shipping at checkout.
FREE SHIPPING
Orders over $100 will be shipped free of charge.
Free shipping applies to New Zealand orders only. Exclusions apply.
OVERSIZE
A flat rate of $100 will be charged at checkout.
If you live rural or in the South Island, please contact us before ordering as we may only be able to deliver to a courier depot.
Additional costs may apply to surfboards, bodyboards and board bags depending on board length and delivery address.
Shipping – United States
We ship to the United States using an international DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service.
STANDARD SHIPPING – US
A flat-rate shipping charge will be calculated at checkout.
Important: US import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the shipping charge.
Due to changes to US import requirements, applicable duties, taxes and customs charges will be calculated after your order is placed and charged separately.
We will contact you with the applicable amount and provide payment instructions. Your order will not be dispatched until these charges have been paid.
Once payment has been received, your order will be shipped using our DDP service, meaning the applicable import charges are paid before the parcel enters the United States.
Estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
US customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges.
International Shipping – Canada, UK & Europe
A flat rate of $80 NZD will be charged at checkout.
International orders are charged in New Zealand dollars (NZD). The exchange rate is determined by international credit-card providers or banks, who may add an additional processing or administration charge. The international credit-card holder is responsible for these charges.
Customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges unless otherwise stated above for US orders.
Due to the size and weight of some items, additional shipping charges may apply to international orders. We will contact you before dispatch if any additional shipping cost is required.
Salt Air Surf has no control over customs policies, duties or taxes, which vary between countries.

We currently ship to:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, courier network and customs processing.
If delivery is refused or an order cannot be delivered due to the customer being unavailable or failing to pay applicable customs charges, any costs incurred for returning the goods may be charged to the customer.
