Not happy with your online purchase? No worries, return to us within 21 days (10 days for SALE items) and we will happily refund or credit you the cost of the product(s)*.

If you wish to return an item they MUST be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags & packaging (where applicable) still intact. This includes shoe boxes & swimwear hygiene seals.
You have 21 days from purchase date to return your online order ("SALE" items must be returned within 10 days).
Returns will be processed within 2-3 working days of receiving them.
All watches, sunglasses and surfboards are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
Salt Air Surf reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items do not meet the returns criteria mentioned above.

To return an item from your online order for a refund or credit, follow the steps below.
- 1. Complete your returns form. If you have misplaced your returns form Contact us at the store.
- 2. Pack all items you wish to return along with your returns form into secure packaging
- 3. Address your return to Salt Air Surf Online Returns and send your parcel to:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES TO OUR PHYSICAL STORE
If you would prefer to return your purchase personally, we accept returns and exchanges in our store. Simply pop into Salt Air Surf with a copy of your order confirmation email or receipt
Warranties are product-specific and do not apply to all items.
A dated proof of purchase must be supplied. Salt Air Surf is not responsible for lost or misplaced receipts.
Salt Air Surf will facilitate the return on your behalf with the supplier/brand. This may result in products(s)* having to be sent back to the supplier for further assessment.
Warranty returns can take up to 14 working days (from receiving product(s)* at our returns address) to process.
The “supplier” has the right to decide if there is a manufacturing issue or defect in accordance with their set terms & conditions. The “supplier” may choose to repair, refund, or a refusal of either.
*The entity “supplier” refer to a separate person or business that provides a product or service to Salt Air Surf. In other words not “Salt Air Surf” itself.
